Cancellation Policy

Web Portal India believes in assisting its customers as much as possible and has hence an advanced cancellation/Refund policy. 

Under this policy:

• In Advanced cancellation policy Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made in a period of 12 hours of placing an order. Nevertheless, the cancellation request will not be welcomed if the orders have been acknowledged to the execution team and they have started the procedure of working on them.
• There is no cancellation of orders premised under the Similar Day Delivery category.
• No cancellations are welcomed for those products/services that the (Company Name) marketing team has acquired on special occasions/events.
• Money once paid will not be refunded in any case even if the cancellation is placed within the period of 12 hours. The money can be arranged against a future order within 90 days’ time period.
•  In some situation where the company discovered that the coveted or asked solution is not doable or couldn’t practice by the company, then after examining period all the money will be refunded to the customer except the fees of research.
• Any shortage in service because of any third party like hosting, server, images, content writing etc., and the company will not be accountable at all. Any efforts company has to put while managing/conversing with them has to be paid as per the standard rate of the company.
• In case you feel that the product/services obtained is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must reveal to our customer service within 24 hours of getting the product/services. The Customer Service Team after scrutinizing your complaint will take an apt decision.

Refund Policy

When you purchase our products/services, due to the nature of business, we do not give any money back policy. If you are, for any reason, not completely happy with your buy, you must reveal to our customer service within 24 hours of getting the product/services. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take a right decision.

In case of SEO services, the payment scheme is made easy for the customer to make following month payments after investigating the work/performance of the previous work.

By making the following payment/paying for a new project, you are approving that you are pleased with the services delivered till now.

All projects start with a complete discovery/investigation and creation of a depth of work document. This is done to ensure that both parties have complete grasp of the work needed and thus clear the hard driving for project cancellations, reversals, or problems.

 As there is time spent to attain every landmark and complete every module, a refund is not feasible for work already completed.
